Pho, la la la...la la la
In keeping with the holiday spirit...Laura and I had PHO in Vietnam! Most people like to pronounce it FO like in Fo Sure, but it is pronounced FA as in the holiday song... Fa lala la la la la...!! It is the most delicious soup, we like it with double noodles, fresh basil and a squeeze of lime. Oh, and you can’t forget the slices of red hot pepper to give it a kick, although you better not eat them, unless you are prepared to burn your insides!

I've heard Pho is really good. I wonder if it's as good in the states as it is over there? You should learn how to make it so I can enjoy it this summer.
